Our main goal was to create the best beauty studio in the world. It has been a journey of self-expression and empowerment.
SM Active Beauty Limited- The brand and foundation of the SM Active Beauty Limited was registered on 15th June 2021. The beauty business was created, founded and established by Osarenren John Ogbebor-Mr Kapish, who has been operating and has been carrying out the affairs of the SM Active beauty business. The business was first registered, managed and operated in London, England, United Kingdom.
The beauty business/organisation specialises in aesthetics, microblading, facials, lip PMU, teeth and more beauty treatments. An establishment that offers a variety of cosmetic treatments, non-surgical treatments and cosmetic services for men and women. Its services include styling, facials, body waxing, eyelashes, eyebrow shaping, hair extensions, pedicures and manicures, make-up and makeovers and more. The business provides a range of beauty treatments, cosmetic services, and virtual aesthetics to both regular customers and new prospects.
SM Active Beauty Limited was in the process of changing its location, and the business location and registration were changed, and the location moved to Liverpool, England, United Kingdom in 6th May 2022. The beauty business continued its operations and being in line and fact that its head office and location recently changed, clients having to travel from London to Liverpool, re-connecting new and old clients to new location was all new challenges for SM Active Beauty Limited and the business has since been able to managed all, being resilient, focused, motivated and inspired to see the growth and success of the beauty business at large. The beauty clinic and beauty product have finally moved back to London again in August 2025, where it all started from the begining and it’s based in East London.
Mr Kapish O.J.Ogbebor MGHT, MGBT, who is an artist, aesthetician, beauty therapist and the founder, is also the founder and CEO of K-Live Entertainment/H.I.T Promo Limited, has since ensured the beauty business carries its lights, never giving up mentality and overseeing the prospect of the business in all aspects.Â
On 4th September 2024, given at Companies House, the brand, business name, the board of directors/CEO was officially changed and was announced, also a public tweet was made via the K-Live brand official X tweet account. The business name SM Active Beauty Limited was rebirthed/ changed to KLOJO Beauty Limited, the brand Logo was re-branded to its new main colours -purple, yellow, white and black. The board of directors/CEO was also changed from Sandra Mihaela Antohe to its new board of directors and new CEO, Osarenren John Ogbebor MGHT, MGBT, who has now re-scaled the business inside and out, elevated the beauty business, re-branded the beauty business, added more services to the business, created more products to be introduced and produced for the new Klojo Beauty Limited business, and built an organised and well-managed Klojo Beauty Limited business website for the brand and beauty business.Â
Furthermore, the owners of the K-Live brand got a business shop/location in Liverpool for the new re-birth of Klojo Beauty Limited. For its business daily activities, meeting its customers’ satisfaction, booking and service activities for its customers in and across the globe were all in place and ongoing as the beauty business welcomes and embraces its new board of directors, while all implementations are taking place. The same strategy and business ethics have been moved to the new London Klojo Beauty clinic destination for all operations.
The Klojo beauty brand has introduced its beauty products and line, health and beauty supplements, more services to ensure all customers satisfactions are met and also introduced more premium services, more brand products to their customers and everyone. The brand Klojo Beauty comes into the market as the sister brand to K-Live Entertainment. Klojo Beauty will be showing its customers why they are the best to look out for and creating varieties of discounts for all customers across the globe, and also giving out gifts/vouchers from its brother brand, K-Live Entertainment clothing line and accessories, and more will be available for all.
