Changed your mind about goods
For most goods bought online, UK distance-selling rules give consumers a right to cancel within 14 days after delivery. Exceptions can apply, including certain sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights are not affected. If a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet your rights, contact us with the order number and details so we can put it right.
Digital content and services
Different cancellation rules may apply when digital content is supplied immediately or a service has begun at your request. The relevant information and any required consent should be provided before purchase.
Refund process
We will explain the return address, any applicable return postage and the refund method after reviewing your request. The approved policy must set out the business’s operational timelines and any additional goodwill terms before launch.
